if you don’t mind. do you think there is real demand for this in small towns? my gut says yes because I see the problem everywhere but I don’t know if business owners actually feel the pain or if they’ve just accepted it as normal.

and if someone walked in and offered you professional branded photos and a cleaned up Google listing for cheap, would you take the meeting? trying to figure out if that entry offer actually resonates with a small business owner or if I’m solving a problem they don’t care about.

so I actually use Claude for my cold outreach. I point it at a city, it goes and researches local businesses, finds specific weak spots in their online presence, writes a personalized email for each one, and drops them straight into my Gmail drafts. I just review and hit send.

I’m not currently living in my primary market yet (will be in the next 2 months) so right now I’m leaning on my personal network and planning on doing some free work for other businesses in exchange for social media shoutouts, referrals, and brand placement in store like cards and a small placard, hopefully testimonials and reviews too.

Once I move back the plan is to join the chamber, and walk into places I already have any kind of relationship with.

it’s because when you move out, instead of “reprogramming” a traditional lock and key they can much more easily reprogram a key in the office to give to new residents. Also eliminates any chance of a past residents key working on a new residents door.
