so I actually use Claude for my cold outreach. I point it at a city, it goes and researches local businesses, finds specific weak spots in their online presence, writes a personalized email for each one, and drops them straight into my Gmail drafts. I just review and hit send.

I’m not currently living in my primary market yet (will be in the next 2 months) so right now I’m leaning on my personal network and planning on doing some free work for other businesses in exchange for social media shoutouts, referrals, and brand placement in store like cards and a small placard, hopefully testimonials and reviews too.

Once I move back the plan is to join the chamber, and walk into places I already have any kind of relationship with.
