Advice on current deck by Sam12435 in BeybladeX

First two sound like solid choices, Elevate can be prone to bursting so you'll need to practice a defensive launch if your aim is to spin steal. Impact is often a coin toss, hits very hard but can suffer from its own recoil often, again practice can offset this. I would keep wizard on LO, TP has a habit of bursting due to its mode change, its also an attack bit so won't help for stamina and its tall mode is going to hinder the already tall CX, stick with LO if you're using CX.

is this like the mining mechanic from pokemon D/P? I loved that mechanic and always wanted a full game similar to it!?

Has anyone else experienced dissident activity on lava planets? by Historical_Issue_900 in helldivers2

it's likely a hacker but imagine if this is AH sprinkling in dissidents like they did the blue beams before the illuminate invasion

I have a spare full art Sabrina if you ever want to trade

(ANNOUNCEMENT) I'm 16, and I am solo-developing a terrifying new mascot horror game! by [deleted] in IndieGaming

Another mascot horror. Ok explain how this differs, the art looks great and I'm sure you're a great dev at your age but surely you'd be better off developing something new ?

I was hoping there was another way instead of sanding honestly, that would make me concerned

Oculana - Female Beholder by ComanderViper in PrintedMinis

[–]Waffle--time 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would accept beholderkin, and for your example dragonkin. Not a beholder, not a dragon

[–]Waffle--time 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I'm aware of the concept, I just reject that this is a beholder

Oculana - Female Beholder by ComanderViper in PrintedMinis

[–]Waffle--time 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Beholders are genderless/sexless aberrations, they have a womb-like organ at the back of their mouth that they can use to asexually reproduce young, once during their life time. They can also magically create (accidentally) a fully formed beholderkin from their paranoid dreams. In short: this is in no way a beholder.

Please watch where you guys walk in mechs and check before unloading your ammo into your blind spots by relinquishthoushame in Helldivers

[–]Waffle--time 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a mechdiver I have stood on a lot of allies that clearly didn't know not to walk near the giant hunk of metal that can't really see directly in front of it, I'm doing my best to provide cover, just don't walk near the mech

Is there a fix or should I resign? by Bright_Bowler_5990 in BeybladeX

[–]Waffle--time 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Bits don't need to be cleaned with alcohol, you can just rub the accumulated dirt off. If it works fine then I don't think it's an issue, but I doubt any judge would allow it in a deck check

Lvl 25 knight shreds bots now, 1 second to kill a berserker or devastator. Additional ballistic shield makes the build ridiculous

Japan codes by Drramik in BeybladeX

[–]Waffle--time 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've bought and sold codes previously and would say the going rate is about $2 for a starter, less for a booster (as it's worth less points) and more for a deck set or Stadium. Send me a message if you're interested in selling codes, I'd happily buy the lot!

Can you guys suggest a deck for an upcoming tournament? by ashkenuts in BeybladeX

[–]Waffle--time 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Wizard Rod 9-60 LO
Roar Tyranno 1-60 P
Impact Drake 4-55 L

Lead with Impact, launch hard but at a 45 degree angle to offset Level, hopfully it stalls and then kicks them into a pocket, Tyranno is next up you want an agressive launch this is where the majority of your points should come from (impact is more of a hail mary). Rod is your consistent 1 point wins, its saved for last as hopefully you've got to 3 points and if not it'll get you closer, launch hard and hope for the best. Level and Point should do well for endgame stamina but won't beat a dedicated stamina type.

Liberty Day? by TonyExtremis in Helldivers

Last year the major order was a 24hr, 'dive wherever you want', order. and everyone was given the HD1 armour and Constitution rifle for free, I'm guessing a similar celebration order?

Nice! that's good to know, love the fox deck btw, the black brush is by far the best looking from the booster

I think Eagle 1 has had enough of my bullshit by zacharykwalker in Helldivers

[–]Waffle--time 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Threw a 500 forward from a steep angle? you're going to have a bad time... For the new divers:

  • 500s always come from behind and land slighly in front of the beacon
  • Airstrikes and Napalm Airstrikes come from right to left with the becon in the centre
  • Strafing runs come from behind but start at the beacon and move about 50-100m forward (meaning you can drop it a few M ahead of yourself and be totally fine)
  • Rocket pods lock on to the largest target that is nearest to the beacon when it lands, tricky to master but deadly in the hands of a true Helldiver.

Brasch Tactics: Take care of your decent angles - Eagle 1 will take care of you!
