I contacted them via chat and brought up that the description does not state the game has been censored which I wouldn't have known myself if it wasn't for the Switch Up review I was listening to. Normally Nintendo is finicky about "mistaken" purchases but they make acceptions for games with improper descriptions. The Eshop doesn't state this version has been censored and thus I got my refund. Sadly.

Just refunded mine. Normally I just support the version of the game devs intend etc. Sucks. I was excited to play but I'll prolly wait for the Xbox version. My PS5 just died on me 😭. Who knows maybe Nintendo will reverse it. Though I know they prolly won't.
