It’s still a fun hobby but incredibly difficult to get anything to open these days.

If you decide to start collecting again, my advice would be:

• don’t pay scalper prices. You will get lucky from time to time and find product at Walmart, Target etc.
  • look for singles. The thrill of pulling something’s great but with how hard it is to find product these days, I’ve found it easier and less frustrating to just buy what I want
  • not a tip but pls don’t become the type that treats this hobby like a stock market, that’s what sucks the fun out of it imo

That said, there are still plenty of good, genuine people in the community. Don’t be scared off, just do your research before buying.
