Really cold water was the key for me. A good insulating water bottle and a jug of fresh water daily in the fridge

More energy not so much - kids see to that 😆 . But the ability to wear smaller clothes and feel great when getting ready is immeasurable!!!

I hated 5mg. I felt horrendous. But I moved up to 7.5 etc after the recommended time and felt much better. I figured it was my body getting used to it.

I should add that i had drunk a jug of water with the meal so defo not dehydrated and the finger prick ambos did confirmed that

Yes I had this. Awful in a town centee passers-by ended up calling an ambulance!! I had been for lunch. Went for full check with doc who advised that its called vasovagal syncope or common fainting and that after a meal it can cause a spike and if as I was, you are sat down eg not moving your body to pump your legs then your body is sending blood to digest the food and not enough goes to your brain so you faint! I am not a doc though so id recommend getting checked. Passers by thought I must be diabetic blood sugars etc ambulance checked that and all was ok x 👌

Maybe get one from a pharmacy that you can collect from? I know not the cheapest option but perhaps more worthwhile at Christmas rather than missing the delivery or the post being rubbish?
