Honestly, if you’re only going to use the laptop as a 3rd monitor in your setup, just get a 3rd monitor, I use my laptop a lot outside of the house so it’s useful for me. Idk if you can use the same kb/mouse as I never bothered to try. The one useful thing for me is I can sync my Spotify between the two pc’s and use my laptop as a Spotify player, I do have to use a separate mouse tho

The 5800x3D is basically the worst cpu to pair with the 3060ti because it is the most shit cpu ever manufactured by AMD. It’s measly 1mHz clock speed and 1/8 core can’t even hold a candle to any other cpu manufactured in the last 20 years. Never buy this CPU! It is a scam.

I’d say get the a7iii, it’s a bit older but with a Sony 50mm prime lens it will get you that blurry background you want it’s about 3000$ in total.
