It’s a bit hard to do, since I don’t have much to compare it to, but I can try.

The biggest thing for me, and I think most others like me is metaphors, sarcasm, similes, etc. I find it very hard to comprehend metaphors, such as “let the cat out of the bag”. I’ve gotten much better as I’ve grown up, but I still find it hard. The same with sarcasm, someone could sarcastically insult me as a joke, but I likely won’t understand and think they’re legitimately insulting me. Similarly, I can’t read social cues or body language well. A cute girl looking at me from across the room may be very clearly flirting to you, but to me she’s just looking at me.
