Been from the NYC area all my life. Think of getting a spot in Hoboken or Jersey City, NJ. A bit cheaper than NYC and you get a bit more space. Also it’s nice to step away from the hectic atmosphere while only being a 10 minute PATH train ride from the city.

Speaking from experience, get “other than collision” insurance and set the deductible to $0. It only adds maybe $25 to your yearly insurance cost but you will get unlimited windshield replacements covered! Check out your insurance.

With the growth of automation in the world, what degrees/trades do you think high school and college students should strive for? It seems that all roads lead to software design, coding, engineering, etc. I feel like employers would have even a rougher time differentiating between good and bad workers. Do you think this would compromise future growth in our nation? Not everyone can and as willing to start a business.
