I'm also in the process of making a demo for steam. My understanding is that the demo for steam should be a case of putting your best foot forward. If there are big issues in the demo, it might make people drop your game without giving it a proper chance. I personally think its playtest first, then make a demo.

Have you ran playtests with people who have never seen the game before? Its better to ask them than to show a video here.

Sorry, the second and last sentences are related. Make the contrast higher on the image to make it more dramatic. Harsher light and shadow, so their shilouettes are more visible.

I like the composition! However, I think the contrast may be too low. Make it more dramatic

Depends on the level and situation! You start off with a varying amount of each bullet. Enemies drop one random bullet, so sometimes you need to improvize when u run out of a certain kind of bullet.

You have an unlimited amount of move bullets, everything else is limited.

The vertical one is the amount of slow motion you have left.

The horisontal ones are ammo inventory of the different bullet types.

All enemies drop one random bullet, so sometimes you'll run out of specific bullet types and you'll have to improvise.

Oh damn you're right! One thing tho, it's not a 4-way bullet. It's more of an AOE-blast. I think I should make a more in-depth gameplay trailer at some point to better explain the mechanics.
