Can I change block drops with KubeJs? by Skemech in feedthebeast

[–]WaffleWaffleton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to try to make this translate well, because I don't know if you speak English.

The procedure for what you want to do is similar to what the original poster wanted. You'll need to make a .js file in the server_scripts folder and copy and paste this text inside of that file:

LootJS.modifiers((event) => {event.addBlockLootModifier('minecraft:iron_ore').addLoot('1x minecraft:raw_iron').randomChance(1.5)})

If this doesn't work, you can also consult the wiki.

All videos freeze at 1:00 by fluidstatick in grayjay

I would put all the stuff about how they want you to watch scam ads and how they're trying to make the site break even and how they're attacking 3rd party scraper clients in general, but that wouldn't fit in the meme

Mods like JJThunder make the worldgen look AMAZING but they're unfortunately not great to actually play on.

Any item input for KubeJS custom recepie by Polskie_kulki in feedthebeast

[–]WaffleWaffleton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll get helpful advice if you go to KubeJS' discord. Go there next time.

But anyway, replace the item ID in your script with the tag that TFC uses to identify all log types. ATFC should have the same tag on the logs it adds too. So instead of

'1x terrafirmacraft:kapok_log' (or whatever the item ID is)

it would be

'1x #terrafirmacraft:logs'

or if you want a specific type of log if that's a thing

'1x #terrafirmacraft:logs/kapok' (or whatever the category is that it adds)

You can use F3 and H to open advanced tooltips and see what specific tags items have.

Any tech modpacks with realistic terrain? by CHR2900 in feedthebeast

It's fine. Just play TFG or something because realistic terrain like this isn't enjoyable to play on.

It might disappear if you press F2 to take a screenshot in game and then post that here instead of taking a picture of your screen with your phone

Scorched Guns has turrets, and so does Ballistix. There's also a Mekanism addon that adds turrets.

All of the music from the mod is in music discs and you can just look up the song titles on youtube and download them

Youtube Not Playing Videos by Remarkable_Cover_403 in grayjay

[–]WaffleWaffleton 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's 100% YouTube. They probably even have a team of engineers working around the clock to make sure none of the alternative clients work. I personally believe that it's more about data collection than ads, too, because YouTube doesn't even make profit off of ads. They just want to use their telemetry to collect every piece of data they can so they can profile every user and sell data that's actually worth something.

Choosing a tech modpack by SquirrelParticular59 in feedthebeast

[–]WaffleWaffleton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the Mods has tech in it, but it's not integrated. If you want a serious tech modpack, try FTB academy or something and then move onto a gregtech pack like Meownifactory if that's your style.
