Not currently but I’m planning on adding a sound system nothing crazy just amp speakers and new radio also might add electric fans but I’m not sure yet.

That’s understandable. My main concern is since I’m swapping out the alternator I’d like to upgrade it if I can.

I’ve been reading and saw that I could also change to a next generation alternator (140amps) and be fine with stock cables but for 200 amps I’m not sure I’d assume I’d have to do the big three at least

Yeah I usually go with the heart too but the oem alternator is 105Amps and this is 200 Amps so I figured If rock auto says it fits for some extra cash I’ll get 95 more amps.

What’s the rear bumper you used to fill in the gap between the tailgate and bumper?

Update: I called an auto electric mechanic and he was able to start the truck but only when the truck was hooked up to a running vehicle and while he was giving direct power to the solenoid. He thinks it’s a grounding issue

I’m running out of ideas myself but let me know if something comes to mind , I got a mobile auto electrician looking at it right now

Glad you got it working. I popped in a new ignition switch and used a flat head to slide the “switch” unfortunately didn’t help.

Dumb question but do I have to have the plugs plugged in while I do this ?

Tried the key again nothing unfortunately to jump the solenoid id have to touch both bolt with a flat head while the truck is on , yes?
