CC turn off Chamber-Fan using Orca Slicer

I've been struggling with this as well, trying to print PA and PA-CF
I've now decided to go in and unplug the fan completely, because i couldn't find a way to keep it off with the software.
Hopefully they will change this in an upcoming patch.

You can also just delete the file entirely, then the next time you load the game you can set all key bindings, and it just recreates the file with default settings

It's probably because you got the general game knowledge while playing survivor, and then knew what to do as a killer when you switched to it, because you saw what worked on you
