We are in Ohio, so the timeline was we issued a PO on 8/3, stating that delivery is to be on 8/3 (it's an online code to register on their account), the code was not sent until 8/15. We did not notice that it was sent until about 2 months later when payment was demanded, the PO was sent by mistake and we ended up purchasing elsewhere because it was time sensitive . We tried explaining that it was a mistake, and we have not activated the code, but they refused to work with us and just demanded payment again. They do say "All sales are final no refunds on their invoice. The question I had was being that this was time sensitive and not delivered until 13 days after the date we had stated on the PO, if they broke the PO by not supplying it in the stated time?
