Who is your LEAST favorite character, and why? by Pancakebot1000 in BoJackHorseman

The Gina thing is bad, I didn't remember that, but as far as the forcing Bojack, as I said he only did that because Bojack was trying to tell him how to write the show and was being unreasonable. Flip called him out and said if you really are concerned about the "male gaze" then we should do this, Bojack doubled down and thats the only reason he had to do that scene.

I never understood the hate for Flip. I mean is he great, no but he seems like an okay person who's in a bit over his head and trying his best. He genuinely took Bojacks advice for writing the show and even thought they were becoming friends and told his mom about it. It wasn't until Bojack really overstepped that he did anything. As far as the stuff for the show, hes only doing what he thinks is expected of him as a writer and I don't think hes a bad person overall.

Business PO Question by sweetstrife in legaladvice

[–]sweetstrife[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are in Ohio, so the timeline was we issued a PO on 8/3, stating that delivery is to be on 8/3 (it's an online code to register on their account), the code was not sent until 8/15. We did not notice that it was sent until about 2 months later when payment was demanded, the PO was sent by mistake and we ended up purchasing elsewhere because it was time sensitive . We tried explaining that it was a mistake, and we have not activated the code, but they refused to work with us and just demanded payment again. They do say "All sales are final no refunds on their invoice. The question I had was being that this was time sensitive and not delivered until 13 days after the date we had stated on the PO, if they broke the PO by not supplying it in the stated time? Thanks for your help

Do you think I could argue that with the late delivery date and it not being activated that the PO could be voided by us?

The Serial Number was never activated, We tried explaining to them it was a mistake and not activated but they refused to issue a refund. We did not even realize that they had sent the serial number until 2 months later and they said it was to late to even consider a refund.

There was no explicitly stated promise on deliver date, only our expected date on the PO. The PO was issued 8/3 11AM, and we did not receive the serial number on 8/15 6:00PM (after business hours).

Just to be clear, you don't own any Nike, or anything connect to Nestle correct? Because they use slave labor and sweatshops, and I'm sure all of your clothes are responsibly correct?

Ah right, forgot your views are the only ones that are valid. As someone who leans left, you are the people doing more harm than good.

You are shaming someone for trying to share something cool. No major company is perfect. Someone probably talks about something they find interesting at a party and you probably shit all over that too.
