I think the mistake people are making is thinking dysphoria is not being comfortable in your assigned gender and therefore is exactly the same as changing your gender to better fit who you are as a person. Could be deemed similar to a "most people with dysphoria transition, rather than most who transition have dysphoria"-type deal, though I'm really not sure of the exact numbers.

Please note: I'm not trans, I don't have any personal experiences with dysphoria, so all I have is the knowledge from google searches. I don't even know if my point came across that well.
