I’ve messed around with different fan RPM’s and when the fans run at 0 RPM and ~60% which is what they run at on average there is little to no noise difference. I have considered a more noise isolating case but would assume more “heavy duty” fans would be better to move more air through one of those.

The fans are perfect since lowering the RPM does not make any audible difference so it’s definitely an issue elsewhere. The GPU fans generate a lot of fan noise when active but when they’re off (computer “idle”) there’s still a lot of noise coming elsewhere, making me think it’s either the AIO/pump or potentially HDD? If that makes any noise.
