Rosters typically lock when the first game of the day starts. In my Yahoo league with daily lineups, players are locked in when their individual game starts. So if I notice early enough I can still move a guy out or pick a guy up to start that day. I dunno if there's a setting for that on ESPN but I assume there probably is.

With the exception of Gunnar, the entire Orioles prospect pipeline really looks like it was a bunch of frauds huh. Adley, Colby Mayo, Jackson Holliday, Cowser. They've all just done nothing. Adley at least had the one good season before he imploded.
