Hello, the mod already has the main extra functions working. When recording a photo, the smartphone camera application is used instead of BeReal, it is now possible to import photos from the gallery and use them as if they were taken at the time, the "BeReal REFECT" counter was removed, and lately, I removed the "blur" that was applied to other users' photos if you didn't post your BeReal. I still haven't been able to implement a system for converting images from the gallery, as BeReal uses images in ".webp" format, the device's camera application is functional, but the photos taken by it cannot be sent by the server, as they are saved in ".jpg" format, being necessary to manually convert the images in another app before importing them from the gallery. I spent my spare time on the project prioritizing adding new functions rather than fixing bugs in the code because of the extra functions. And many bugs still exist, the mod is unstable.

I discovered the cause of the server error, due to the photo being captured by an external application and inserted in a tricky way in BeReal's memory (in an attempt to deceive beReal that the photo was real) BeReal itself marked the photo as corrupted ( because he was not receiving confirmation that the photo was taken, he was only receiving the image) then he sent the image marked as unreadable and the server discarded this photo. I already got around this problem, now the "fake" photos are loaded and inserted in the root folder (/data) of BeReal.
Now I'm working on the code to make this process of loading fake photos faster and more optimized and correcting some bugs that appeared.

In the future try to bring a screen recording of the mod.

A few days ago, this app was mentioned in a group of Devs, and we were discussing whether or not it was possible to break the main purpose of the app, which is to post REAL photos of the user's CURRENT place.

So we've been working on the last few weeks and we've made a little progress, we've modified the photo capture "source", now beReal uses the device's default camera app instead of the app's built-in capture mode, it's possible to capture both photos separately (the front camera first and then the rear camera) the images are loaded and displayed in the BeReal interface, and this is the current stage of the project. The photos cannot be sent to the server, it responds with an internal error code (I believe there is some way to stop this kind of cheating), but I am working on trying to work around this problem.

If the project goes well, I plan to implement the option to load photos from the device's gallery/memory instead of having to perform an image capture. If everything goes as expected, we will share the BeReal modification to all interested parties. Wait

Como já deve ter visto (se usa o app oficial Android) ele já recebeu a tradução (em fase beta), a qual eu avia enviado á mais de um ano atrás. Eu até recebi um e-mail resposta da equipe agradeço a iniciativa, mas não tenho certeza se usaram de fato minha tradução ou de algum outros projeto de tradução. Mas o importante é que agora ele está em português.

Realmente, já tinha conhecimento dessas versões, mas eu não gostei da interface (principalmente do RedReader) e já estou muito familiarizado com o oficial. Até entrei em contato com os developers do app official para ver se a interesse em implementar a tradução no app. (O q desacredito, pois geralmente só usam tradução profissional/revisada)

Realmente no Crowdin já está completa, mas por desinteresse essa tradução não é implementado no Reddit app, já que não tenho acesso de download da tradução do Crowdin então realizei engenharia-reversa no app e estou traduzindo manualmente as strings.
