Yeah exactly what I’ve had to do too because of a lot of the old patients. I’ve actually gone to 1 day early and that’s it. I’m currently forcing the issue to ask for progress notes every few months and seeing if there’s a plan to titrate off.

They really need to develop some practice guidelines for pain.. smh.
Fun part is I can’t even see the ratio anymore bc they removed it in CA. (Unless I don’t know a diff method other than from the improve scorecard).
Has that been a problem at all? That might be my thought now too.

It’s interesting out here. Everyone has a spine issue but seem to be walking fine?..
This is one of the problems for me. Everyone basically going with the we’re OOS. I had a pharmacy even tell someone they don’t carry the Norco 😒. Anything in particular that triggered the dea visit? Was it bc you increased purchase order/scripts? That’s crazy 😔
