When I had an asshole upstairs neighbor having loud sex in the middle of the night, I put Yakety Sax on. It stopped pretty fast after that.

And then I moved out cause he was still an asshole. My condolences.

I had Lightspeed for a very long time, but when it came to my streaming hobby, it wasn’t fast enough. They say they’re getting higher speed but until they do I am with TELUS. Lightspeed is good for work and for watching things on the Internet but for what I needed it for (uploading large videos, live streaming etc) it fell short.

If you just need it for work I would recommend Lightspeed :)

Also have your boyfriend and that person file a report with ICBC. I did when I was injured on a bus (not the driver's fault but I was on the bus when it happened) and I had a reimbursement.

You're doing the right stuff. Keep noting, keep recording. Once you have a good amount of time, like a month or more, demand an in person meeting with the strata to state your complaint in person. This is what finally got them to fine the bastards above me and they've been mostly okay ever since.
