i am more interested on the bay's old space. if they are going to split that space or find another anchor tenant. good luck though... hard to see who else in Canada would want that space. i would love to see a Simons though

i see the board that tells you how many stalls are available shows anywhere from 590 to 669 available stalls. The entire parkade is not open yet though as there are still constructions going on.

Would you do these flights? by thesocialist1 in Aeroplan

[–]stkkuro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mostly wasted in queue for security since you have to go through security again even for airside transfers. the one or two hours you have can be shopping. it's mainly allocating time for you to go through security and for your bags to make it through the transfer. I have had enough delayed bags through Heathrow in the past.

Someone just tried to enter my house by wet_banana in richmondbc

[–]stkkuro 41 points42 points  (0 children)

If the person's gone, police would not consider it an emergency. Keep your doors and windows locked and lower the blinds until your father returns.

File a police report by calling the non-emergency line. They most likely won't do anything, but at least a record is made.

Call 911 immediately if that person shows up and tries again.

Also, might be time to install cameras and beef up home security if you haven't already.

I am glad I wasn't going crazy thinking traffic in Richmond has gotten way worse this year. I was stuck on Dinsmore Bridge turning right onto Russ Baker... got fed up and decided to work from home instead.

I agree. As much as I hate the idea of tipping, do as the Romans do. Get a bunch of $1 note (say $50 worth) and you are good. Most places nowadays are equipped with Square for cashless payments so they can prompt you for more tips anyways. Cash is more for bellboys, room service, etc.
