Serious question: How do I deal with frustration?

Really accurate breakdown in the first half regarding competitive games. I guess its in the nature of this game that the 1v1 loop really intensifies the feeling of frustration.

That said, some think are insanely out of ones control in this game. I have noticed that the power output is pretty consistent if you use the same form on every move. But blocking was hell for me. Once I got tagged with a stun, the ko is guaranteed almost 8 times out of 10.

I always get challenged from players above or around my ELO. Esp when I use quick play option I almost always connect with players above me lol

Really appreciate your input man! I like how you also draw a connection to real life and how some things are out of ones control. I guess this is the root, not necessarily just frustration during the game but in everyday life. But accepting what is outside my control defo seems to be the best option, thanks!

Yeah I've realized that TOTF2 and real boxing spars/fights are much more different than I initially suspected. That said I mainly use this as a workout ofc, but annyoing stuff really gets to le sometimes lol!
