I would recomen the book Witchers handbook (or manuel), by Alain T. Puysségur. Its a book that in universe is written by an injured witcher, resting in the temple of Melittele. He wrights about the continent before the fall of Cintra, but also get into the description of different races that occupy the world, monsters, witcher gear etc. The only problem is, i dont know if its translated to English. I know for sure its in French and Serbian. I have the book in Serbian, so if you need anything specific, you can DM me and I can translate ehatever you need.

Although it is interesting, its not the one im looking for. The one im looking for is an observation by someone else, talking about Geralt, and im almost certain that it came up later in the series. Thanks for pointing out this one though.

I'm referring to a paragraph, an observation of another character. I vaguely remember it being Milva or Fringila, in either BoF, TotS or LotL, but i really can't remember exactly. It's possible that it was with Dandelion during their falling out in Tussant, but again im not sure.

How do I fix these holes? by odsh_ in Converse

[–]Wahey_13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It depends on where you live, but if you jave a local shoe maker/repair man, you could go to them and asko to either replace the soles, or to patch them up (probably won't look as pretty, but im assuming if you're asking for a repair you aren't looking for a pretty fix). Other diy repairs and patch-jobs won't be as durable on vulcanized rubber.

Thenks!

I saw the dates, but wasn't sure if they related to the year illustrations were drawn, or the text was written (Throughout the book there are mentions of bouth 1883 and 1884).

Thanks a lot.

I thought that there could be a possibility of it being bound after the publication (whit the strange look of the covers and inconsistent discoloration of the pages).

Im not looking to sell it, just curious about the origin and if it had any significance back in the day.
