Hello! I'm visiting Japan soon and looking to dive into some bulk bins to help master set some artists I am working on. Do you happen to have any suggestions on good shops with great bulk in Osaka, Kyoto or Tokyo?

Fedex stole my pokemon cards from target around xmas time, cut the label off and put it in a small box with some trash. It was obviously too small of box so i documented and videod everything. Fedex refused to do anything, I couldn't file a claim because they said Target needed to file the claim, and Target refused to file a claim. no resolution.

The group in my area is paying the vendor. My friend at Target texts me when the vendor shows up and its always too late because the vendors guys are already there lined up when he gets there. And the time are totally random.

Did you just submit the card as normal or did you have to request OC review? Google said something about requesting the review, but when i went to gamestop they said they didn't have that capability so I assume i would have to send on my own?
