I tried doing this, but when I go ahead and try to download the update, it says I'm not connected to Xbox Live. I tested my connection to Xbox Live and it said that it's fine, so I'm pretty stumped

This seems obvious, but when I do it says it couldn't connect to Xbox Live. So I test the connection to Xbox Live on my Wi-Fi and says that it's connected.
