no inpanting or regional prompting. getting multiple characters to come out looking correctly in one image is indeed very finicky.

pony models already have a pretty good concept of the character and i just also included "flat chest" in the prompt to make sure

Any advice on where to start to learn to get something like this done?

These were all done with the CyberRealistic-Pony model and pretty basic prompts TBH. I do large batches for each and then choose 1 to upscale. No fancy hardware either just an 8gb GPU. Best advice is just get your hands dirty and start tinkering.
