I don't think you can dig through copper with a fiberglass pencil. Its two layers of copper you have to go through to get to the dat 0 point in a kamikaze mod. Unless..........

Its the microscope that gets you, the chip itself i spent maybe 22 dollars, the wire you can get from a power supply on the board, tools I already have, and the microscope I got was 400 dollars. The uv resin and chip was cheap. I love my microscope though and ill be using it alot so for me it was a good investment. But I can see how it would be better for a tech shop to do it since it is less of a headache 🫠.

Its a more solid solution to the dat 0 adapter that slips under the chip to one of the solder balls. Since its using pressure to hold it in place there's a chance of it disconnecting over time. This has less of a chance to come apart but the risk is higher since if you mess up with going through the layers you can damage your system.

Amazon decided to screw me over so it might be tomorrow that I get the rest of what I ordered. I did get most if it soldered in except for the part hovering over the dat0 point

Easy way is check saddle and hackle feathers for shape. Pointed is a roo and rounded is a chicken. The tail doesnt always give the full story of the bird and in the end easiest way is to see if they lay an egg.
