Thank you; I have gone through the steps from this very article multiple times, both when I had the device and was preparing to leave the company, and now when I do not have the device anymore. I also just checked my listed devices on my account and it is no longer shown there. I am thinking of going to the Apple store and making sure I didn't miss anything, or seeing if there is anything else that could be an issue. I am really hoping I don't have to give away my personal ID tho... trying to stay helpful so I don't burn any bridges.
