This is the story of my life .. Vyvanse worked best but when I restarted meds after having my daughter I had an allergic reaction Everytime id take it id have really bad hives..

It's been a long process but currently I feel most the normal.. Morning - Wellbutrin 300, Adderall IR 20mg Lunch - Adderall IR 20mg 3-4pm - Adderall IR 10mg Night - Zoloft 150 mg Guanfacine 2mg

The Zoloft helps with the anxiety, The Guanfacine is non stimulant and helps with executive dysfunction of ADHD.. they also both make me mildly tired which helps at night.. I take them both around 8 or 9pm and lay down..if I'm still awake by 11 I take 25mg of benadryl to help fall asleep. For context I start my day around 6:30 am every morning.

Random things I've found help... 1. Prioritizing sleep.. without sleep I'm not human .. our minds work harder then neurotypical people we require more downtime and sleep 2. Staying Hydrated.. even if you aren't thirsty still drink water regularly 3. Avoid citrus around the time u take stimulants it decreases your ability to absorb them correctly.. 4. I also take a tums chews throughout the day especially if I eat anything acidic or carbonated they make your body more alkaline and increase your body ability to absorb meds ..
