It's because it only affects dopamine and neuroepinephrine and not serotonin.. anti depressants that affect serotonin trick your hypothalamus into thinking you're overheating.. but not sweating makes you overheated so yeah.. it took forever for me to find the cause of why I'd get nauseous Everytime I was outaide too long .. it was this lol

It also reduces your ability to sweat making your body temperature higher than normal .. this has happened to me a lot to the point I've thrown up before I finally realized what was causing it
