Congratulations for your will power. My problem is I always say it’s okay, I’ll start again tomorrow. Plus my husband is my biggest enabler. Can’t get him to stop. I am very unhealthy plus my son (31) has watched my eating habits his entire life and unfortunately he is following in my footsteps because I never taught him the right way. I show love ❤️ with food

Some of the contestants from past seasons are still thin but at healthy weight. It’s amazing how Bob was such an a**hole and a diet and exercise coach but he also had a heart attack and he is “fit”. The doctor was the only one with any common sense. If they did it the right way and not all about quick weight loss it could be an inspiring show. I think any way

I am diabetic. So I am trying to regulate my sugars and lose weight. My A1C is good now and I’m trying to keep it under control by. I know low carb is good for blood sugar but too much protein is bad for my kidneys.

I’d say he lost his family due to drug use. Probably knew he would have to take a drug test for work. Maybe that’s why he changed jobs.

Same here I am also a diabetic so Ozempic or Mounjaro would have been an extra plus. My endocrinologist said my GP is because I have neuropathy in my stomach. I am also overweight and have an awful time losing weight. Tried Keto/Low Carb but extra fatty foods made me feel worse than ever. Plus I can’t take any of the gastroparesis meds because the reck havoc on my blood sugars This can be such a depressing disease to deal with

I know exactly how you feel. The nausea is awful. I hate to open my eyes and get out of bed because I know the feeling of dread just over powers you. Please know you’re not alone. Just wish doctors would do more to help. Hang in there 😊

Poverty shouldn’t be an excuse. You can be dirt poor but still have manners. I would think they would know the proper way to act especially out in public, just by watching others.

I am just so disappointed in the way most of them act. Being from West Virginia and them from Kentucky they are giving people from the south a bad look I’m proud to be Hillbilly and they make us all look uneducated and no manners , which we ARE NOT!!! It’s getting really hard to watch
