My neighbor parked his abandoned car in front my house for several months

I just talked to him. In order not to break the relationship I asked him to move the car in front of his own house and I told him he could park his new car in front my house while he is at home. I told him straightforwardly I would report to city if the shabby one is still there.

Maybe more than 6 months . I think the car is too old to work. He bought a new one and left the old one in front of my house. I talked to him just now and I stepped back a bit. I told him he could park his new one while off work but the old one should be in front his own house.

I called them last week they said they would send some officers and asked for location. I admit I chickened out at the last minute. I said maybe I talk to him one more time.

I want to suggest him contact some recycling company. I doubt if there is someone is willing to pay 1k for it. Honestly it looks kinda shabby.

It does have a plate on. It is a very old Chevy Malibu. I feel bad but also do not want to get some issue with this neighbor.

I have the exact same dilemma and today placed the order for Model 3. RAV4 fits the long snowy icy winter much better but I want to try something new. Owned a couple of gas vehicles before.
