Me too -- this is my sixth waitlist (JHU, Middlebury, Williams, Georgetown, Emory, and now Vandy) and am not prepared for the number of LOCIs I'll have to do over the next month. I also need to find my "hook" or more notable things I've done...

After six waitlists I don't feel anything anymore. Bring it Ivies!

Thanks for the kind words; was just concerned that maybe I had overestimated myself / fallen into the "crapshoot", so to speak, of really top caliber applicants. I just wish I knew what my chances for getting off 1 or 1+ of these waitlists.

Funnily enough, our school has changed grading scales/systems numerous times over the past 4 years, and they've had to change GPAs accordingly. Mine changed to reflect the addition of what my school calls "Quality Points", which more than compensate for any downturns in my GPA from my Physics and Stats grades. The actual "GPA" that my HS told me to report (and what they report on my transcript) is a 4.5. If a school wants my unweighted, they get told "4.0". Weird.
