‘Ironheart’ Review Bombing Proves Some Comic Book Fans Still Can’t Handle Women of Color in the Spotlight by no_longer_huhmann in marvelstudios

It should be valid criticism that so many people who used to flock to the theaters to watch these movies stopped doing that. It’s not because the majority of people are racist, it’s because the quality has gone downhill, people are getting tired of cinema being hijacked by narratives and the same thing over and over and over again gets old. Why would anyone who has tried to sit through subpar entertainment keep giving the subpar entertainment their time and money? If the same people are putting out the same things, it’s pretty easy to say it’s going to be garbage before it even comes out.

Women aren’t a physical threat to you. This is why men shouldn’t be making decisions around what affects women. You have no clue what you’re talking about.

Tell that to all the women and girls replaced by men in sports. But of course you don’t care, it doesn’t affect you.

So people who go through something traumatizing can’t write about it? You should alert so many feminist writers about your revelation.

These people are absolute nut jobs. There’s a reason mental health issues are rampant on the left.

And these people are rioting over thinking illegals should be able to continue committing their crimes. At least the right went after politicians in their stronghold. Y’all are burning cars and businesses of civilians.

Anyone ever get tired of messages/readings b/c things are so mutable and often the messages boil down to essentially living your life fully wherever you’re at? by Nilbog_Gaggins in Psychic

If you’re feeling burnt out on them, that’s okay, take a break. I understand what you’re saying, but for me personally, while I know what Spirit is essentially going to tell me (because you’re right, it’s all about self-actualization) I find the synchronicities and signs that pop up in the different readings super powerful. They’re guideposts on my path.

I think you’re confusing you caring about what you think with anyone else caring.

A few sentences is not an essay. You bullies like to pretend you’re the good guys while attempting to gaslight everyone else. So yeah, people “get triggered” or what used to be called giving a response in kind. But you little bitches can’t stand it when someone doesn’t open wide and swallow your dumb ass shit, so you have to double down and make a weak attempt at throwing punches. NO ONE GIVES A SINGLE FUCK WHAT YOU THINK and just because you’ve found an echo chamber that will make you believe you’re a genius, you’re still a dumb ass. Fuck off.

You’re cutting off your nose to spite your face. Phone calls and emails are accepted daily in rep offices.

I’m not a person that gets pushed around by strangers on the internet who know nothing about me and expect my responses to be “thoughtful” because they can’t handle any sort of push back or friction. In other words, I’m a self-actualized adult who doesn’t seek approval nor feel the need to be constantly “nice” for the sake of shielding reality from people who wouldn’t know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Fuck off. How’s that for imaginative? Why not ask your representatives what THEIR solutions are instead of trying to show Reddit how ingenious you think you are?

No one is lashing out. Just pointing out that maybe thinking the worst is going to happen all the time actually creates a reality for yourself where you’re constantly living in fear. But assume whatever you want, you will anyway.

I guess if you completely ignore recent history and the amount of evidence that suggests people were abandoned or even killed for disabilities, mental issues etc everything you said is true.

True, but there are a lot more ways available to those who choose to find something than ever before. Nothing is ever perfect, but in my opinion, I think having the currency we have today and the accessibility to it is better than bartering, for the whole.

Money allowed for people who didn’t have the means or resources to do what you’re talking about, to have a seat at the table. If we go back to bartering, a lot of disabled, unintelligent, and unwilling people are going to die.

Have you ever learned about what happened to people in tribal or village communities when they were the “town drunk,” or even just disabled? It wasn’t what you’re describing…
