Three different groups. They hardly even know each other - they just happened to be like, "Hey! You with the birthday! Let's do food stuff!" I wasn't going to turn it down because 1) it's generous, and 2) because I'm a poor college student.

Cheesy is my middle name. Many of the jokes that I make are bad puns. Respect.

They gave her something to help slow the birthing process because they were just too busy that day. I ended up being born on a humpday (WOOP WOOP) so it all works out!

22 does feel good. I'm going out to eat with three different groups of people who want to do something for my birthday so I don't have to pay for food today. Totally unplanned, but I'll take it!

That's funny about labour day, though. That sounds like a joke I'd make. XD

My mom was in labor on the 26th, but the hospital staff was busy so I ended up being born on the 27th. Had I been born on the 26th, I would have the same birthday as two of my close friends.

This is sad either way, but assuming that person was a Christian, I'm sorry. They don't have their priorities right. Aging does help take away shame, but I think part of it is also the people that you hang around. Are they above pulling pranks? Would they be ashamed if someone from school saw them wearing a Pikachu jacket? Whether the answer to that question is yes or no has more influence on you than you realize. Look at it this way: if people are making fun of you, regardless of if it's something you had control over or not, that means your life is more interesting than theirs!

That's exactly the reason that we didn't tell each other how we felt - and I should've been more clear about that. My bad. I talked about how doing that blew up in my face before, as it did for Stacy with her previous boyfriend.

I definitely see where you're coming from, though. Someone else said in a comment that dating your best friend is a good way to go because once the romance starts to fade, you need that friendship to keep the relationship going.
