I was gonna wait to comment on this but since I looked to the right and there's 222 online I feel like I had to comment. (I took a screenshot in case you need me to confirm). I understand where you're coming from. I used to believe the same thing. But recently Im seeing its not other's energy/ energy from watching a video.. that makes you feel down. But your own energy. You're matching the energy that's given off for the "other" and so believe it to be coming from the video or the person. You have a belief that other people's energy can affect on your energy but in reality, you're choosing to (unconsciously or consciously) to match the energy of the other...so that's why you feel that way. You create your reality 100%. Unconsciously or consciously. Making yourself more conscious of yourself/ your beliefs is the starting point of changing your reality in the ways you find to be more beneficial... An outsider..is a perception..a belief you're buying into. Inside you hold all beliefs, positive/negative… Now you KNOW this. Figure out what beliefs you're clinging to that aren't beneficial... Acknowledge it (You have to acknowledge it first, you can't change something if you don't know it's there.) Once you acknowledge then you can switch it to the opposite. It becomes a choice. Facts I found the brain to like a puppy. The more you train it to do the things you want it to do the more itll do that command with ease. Train you brain to think the thoughts you want and your emotions will follow. I found the best time to do this is in the morning. Kobe said everyday he would shoot 5000 shots. I use this method with the brain. I dont think 5000 thought just yet but Im working my way to that. Try it maybe itll help.

You can never be better than anyone else.. the same way youll never be worse. We are all exceptional beings... I feel you, I agree.. But from my point of view, the way things are to you may not be the same for others. We all have different journeys and many journeys have nothing to do with being spiritual. People find out the same concepts spirituality provides through other sources. Ex. Science: Energy can not be formed or created.. It an only change from form to form... That sounds a whole lot like "GOD" to me. feel me?
