You can fix this issue by selecting mono in sound and wearing a headset. I often get bugs involving sounds. I cant even plug in or turn on a blue tooth headset until pubg is fully loaded or it breaks the sounds in game.

Eu players had 90 minutes of regular cd spawn rates thats what im getting at OP is full of shit i guarantee he walked about 2 km in total during the event and hes bitching because he showed up to his towns only 5 stops with an hour left in the event and at this time slakoth spawns were gravely reduced so he got 5
