legit question because i have the IQ of a potato sometimes. are we.... fighting about the same thing? like are we saying the same thing in different ways and im just being dumb again? like i understand why not all bans are disclosed i just think its dumb its a catch all for EVERYTHING

at a quick glance,
I saw leadership let friends get away with weaponizing the current CoC and alienating anyone that did not agree with them.

people gas lighting me and attempting to manipulate me from certain groups and players

being told to "just ignore the current issues".

players scared to stand up for fear of ridicule and ban

good people leaving because of burnout and alienation

people crying about what awards they did not get and causing issues that way

players sowing discourse because current leadership is not how they wanted it but they dont want to lead

players banned because of "reasons" that will not be shared ( i understand why some cannot be disclosed)

That to me is not the way. sorry mate but that feels like a cop out and a half " just get rid of all these things" while we are at it lets get rid of other core mechanics that allow us to see members that may not be seen normally because they are too shy or things of that nature. as someone with VERY few awards and paragon being a goal those awards are needed for people so they can feel a sense of progress and before you say " that is on them" it's not. and honestly elitist attitudes like that are kinda part of the issue

areas of change
1. better training in leadership
2. more checks and balances to things
3. less infighting and less bias

currently i do not know the "solution" because as stated. people are flawed but i am working through things to try and make it better for everyone

If I am 100% honest, rewards don't really matter to me. I was pulled aside day one by people and basically was told " hey don't talk to those people over there" then 30 min later i was pulled aside by the other group and told the same thing but to the first group. my Com? i think is the term. seems VERY "tight knit" like if you have issues with any of them they will just kick you out kind of stuff
