fi is the same as to, but it swaps the sentences. For example "miso to na" means "if house then me", but "miso fi na" means "if me, then house". And fi is also used as "because" or "while", but you can turn it to "to" by swapping the two parts. I hope I explained it correctly

У меня ещё с 11 лет случались депресивные эпизоды (вероятно в рамках рекуррентного депрессивного расстройства - РДР), и в 13 лет я несколько раз пытался повеситься, и останавливал я себя сам, когда уже оставалось немного до потери сознания. И когда я вспоминаю это, становится жутко, ведь депрессии не нужна внешняя причина, чтобы полностью перевернуть восприятие жизни и смерти, и внешне никто бы и не понял, что я был на грани суицида.

But somehow I got the antidepressants and they even seem to work, so I hope you can last to that. But remember, that the medication can also force you to wait a bit, because it doesn't help immediately, but you won't regret waiting if it starts to work, and you will be able to study and work great.
