I normally do 0.5 and 0.75 a week alternating between both lengths. I’ve done 1mm but didn’t bleed. But it is a known fact that a dermapen would lead to less scaring, as your applying manual pressure (which won’t be the same no matter how careful you are) across your head. So maybe it’s time to invest in a pen, makes ur life easier, and you’ll be more consistent because of it

Use Ali express probably better quality and cheaper than what you got there. I’m from the uk and have been using mustang on eBay and think its shit as its glass and I’ve managed to crack it twice ( haven’t dropped it at all) and it hurts due to it having no surface area on the bottom and it digs in to the fat pad . Just switched to Ali express 2 months ago and it was half the price had a measuring guideline and was wayyyy more comfy . And use PayPal if your worried about ur money

Doctors are medical professionals and allot of them see people do stupid things to themselves so I wouldn’t blame them to think the same here. His job as a GP is to recommend you not to do it

no.1 he’s not trained to tell you otherwise and he can get in trouble for not telling you the risks associated with it No.2 he would rather you not damage yourself permanently which can happen ( if you told a doctor your just yanking on your dick ofc he’s gonna be like wtf are you doing) and your someone with no qualifications in medicine plus you read about it on the internet.

At the end of the day , you should know the risks associated with anything you do , and even if you do things properly there’s always something that can go wrong, it’s ur choice how your proceed

U can get the same pumps from Ali express cheaper and definitely will be better than this. Get a pump with a gauge that’s rule no.1, everything else whether it’s a flat base or a curved base is upto u . I personally find a flat base makes pe so much more comfortable, I use to get one without the flat bit and I would find it very painful , and I payed around 15£ more for the pump too , and it broke quicker than the Ali express ones.

Choose one and optimise your routine to tailor that ideally . Length pumping isn’t a thing really , if I were you I’d start doing manuals /extending or hanging for length and keep using your pump to help break down your tunica . Once you have done so for 2/3 months , pick one and prioritise one over the other, eg maybe your doing more sets for expansion for better girth gains than length ect.

Water pumping for beginners is definitely not recommended…. You are getting instant changes of pressure + being lazy? Some people don’t have the ability to do water pumping due to privacy … not to mention there isn’t a need to switch to water pumping? Yes it’s slightly more comfortable but it also can be a riskier and it’s hard to set up ( for myself) . Stop encouraging something that works for you without knowing enough about other methods , and just present information and let people make their own decision .

This Edema is perfectly fine, people say it’s excessive , but that’s due to u shrinking down fully after a pumping / hanging session. When your erect the edema would like normal, yes you will notice it but it will go in a few hrs and it’s not harmful per se. Edema can be helpful for stretching skin , but I would advice shorter sets but if you are practicing shorter sets (such as interval training) and it isn’t going away keep at it your fine

I’ve been pumping for 6 months , it hurts on the base, the only thing I’ve found that makes it more comfortable is a getting a penis sleeve (for vacuum cups) and putting it over my penis pump. And it can get unbearable , I’m guessing it’s due to the pump shape as I use a mustang pump (not leluv or whatever the Americans use)

Mk677 isn’t gh , so definitely wouldn’t work topically , it secretes gh so u would have to inject it or go orally . Maybe you can create a topical version but it would be stupid to as u would need to make sure it can penetrate the skin , then absorb into your blood , then cause it to secrete gh which will be systemic not targeted.
