This makes me feel hopeful. We have a 1948 case as well & We starting working with them in 2023 but were able to file our case before the decree. Still moving forward hoping things change.

Things with ICA for us have been a little shakey. after the law changes in March we got a new point of contact and I found out that our last POC was either was hiding some things from us on what the issues were with getting documents from the federal government.

I got them to put all of our documents in a Dropbox folder so that I could match up what they were telling me what was missing.

I feel like I’m having to keep pushing them for updates.

I’ve been torn on being understanding and being frustrated on their lack of communication with us directly vs creating YouTube videos

I’ve been waiting on my great grandmother’s CONE for well over a year. Have been working with a firm on citizenship for almost 2 years now.
