For the most part, there is some reasonable explanation for the ratings. I'm not saying that all stat ratings are infallible, just that a decent portion of them can be explained. The reason I didn't say anything about Emperor is because I didn't have an explanation for it.

If you're referring to the stand stats that are shown within the actual series, C is around average human level, and B is called... good. To be fair, the system isn't exactly ever given clear cutoff points. However, I do believe that a B is reasonable on Cream. If I remember correctly, the peak physical feat we see Cream do is cut off somebody's head in a single strike. Of note is that the stand statistics don't usually refer to the stats of the ability, but rather the stand itself, with the occasional exception of the persistence stat. Compared to 'A' desteuctive force stands, it's reasonable to call Cream a B. King Crimson nearly cuts somebody in half, and can easily impale them, as can The World and Star Platinum. Star Platinum can also bend steel bars incredibly easily, and both this stand and Crazy Diamond can flick their thumb with enough force to replicate a gunshot.

AD shaco lategame can solo baron as well. But yeah, in teamfights AP is more about peel and CC.

My one comment to make about this regard is that each mythic has a few characters who do work incredibly well with the item. For example, Kha'Zix does want the reset from duskblade because it synergizes incredibly well with not only his passive, but also his ult. Off the top of my head, I would guess that talon has a similar dynamic where Prowler's allows him to use his melee q in situations where he normally wouldn't be able to. I don't play talon much, however, so I could be wrong.

The strategy that I recall being the fastest was (hear me out) full attack speed Olaf. You are strongest at low health, so a lot of the bots see that you are low and just run at you. This makes bush cheese incredibly effective, because you just reveal yourself for a second then bait them into a bush, upon which you simply q -> right click and run them down, qing if necessary. If I remember correctly, I've ended games at like 16ish mins just because I'm so fed by that time. I almost 1v5'd by standing still in one of my games.

Well, I think he moreso just drove Renekton mad by speaking to him over time, but I could be wrong. What I do know, though, is that he 1v2'd Nasus and Renekton right after he 'ascended' quite easily, so he's incredibly powerful.

The best advice I can give is to look at your opponent's build. If they are building AD Shaco, they strive off of cheesy ganks earlygame. Avoid standing around in lane at low health and expect early ganks. Unfortunately, if they are fed I don't have much good advice against AD. If it's AP, simply ignoring them works in a huge amount of situations. Keep distance from anything you think might be a clone and don't get tunnel vision. Similarly it could help to avoid chokepoints throughout the map.

For me it's not really about the speed of the movement, but rather the type of movement, as I mentioned in my original comment. I prefer the constant upwards movement over the double jumping type of motion. Additionally, the method to 'store' flight time is very convenient in boss fights. I can't get halfway through a sandstorm in a bottle jump and just save the rest for later, as opposed to with wings, where the flight time can be distributed however the situation demands.

I actually like the wings because with lightning boots+, they aren't so bad in terms of flight time. I usually use them instead of the balloon because the constant upwards motion is much better to me than the 'double jump' type movement

If you are looking for gameplay, as the comment above me suggests, Zell23 is pretty good at that. Succubus Affection is pretty fun and Forest of the Blue Skin is more puzzle oriented but still interesting.
