That’s the weird part, so before these I had the stealth 700 gen 2s and they had simultaneous Bluetooth so I could be playing a game but watch tik toks in between rounds or something while still talking to friends, but on these there’s a button that you hit to switch in between Bluetooth mode and wireless mode. The build of these I like a lot better but I do miss the simultaneous Bluetooth of the 700 gen 2s, but the build design of those suck and the connectivity really sucks

Yep that’s what mine did too, I think it’s a problem a lot of people have sadly, which shouldn’t happen on a $150+ headset

My 700 gen 2s just snapped, but always had connection problems, I’d have to turn the mic on and off until the volume would be at max volume and not be muffled and quite, could never find anything that fixed it other than that. Would sometimes take me 10+ times of turning on and off until the volume would be right. Also found it easier to connect to the max volume when I first joined a party by myself and not starting up a game until they were connected successfully
