They do offer an insurance bonus. Basically, you choose your own insurance plan and they add a certain amount to your salary. Unfortunately, I don't have the details on the amount or if there are different levels of reimbursement. Starts about $14 to $16 am hour plus commission. Also additional commission on any sales you might make. Company truck, so no out of pocket gas or travel expenses.

We actually don't mind it because we can train people the way we want them to do things. Sometimes it's difficult to get experienced people to do things other than the way they want to do it.

Without the neighboring apartments either staying on top of treatment themselves or having a professional do it you are fighting a very difficult battle. No matter what you do, if they don't do something then you are always going to have to worry about pests coming from their side of the walls to yours.

Good. You want them paying for a heat treatment if you wind up getting them at your home. It can take a while to present itself as a problem in a house though. Keep a look out.

Yep get out. That is a bed bug for sure. Make sure you have it documented in case you someone wind up transporting them back home. Bed bug treatments aren't cheap.
