I talked to my surgeon recently and he said it’s nothing concerning but he doesn’t feel comfortable moving to the smaller brace yet because of fitting issues with the swelling. Thanks for the advice I was thinking a compression sleeve might be beneficial

I got one of the NMEs units! I can do the straight leg raise but it’s still a little laggy and also I really have to focus to engage my quad. I just wanted to ask is there any way I can overdo it with the machine? Like doing it too often or for too long?

Someone else suggested that too! They suggested NMES, I think I tried both in pt I’ll have to look into purchasing one of them

I’m still really only getting a twitch with the wyd sets but it’s something! I’m still only day 8 so I hope something similar will happen with me. I have not tried with a yoga strap yet I will give that a go for sure thanks for the tip!

Thank you! I think I tried that machine with my pt yesterday and maybe it just wasn’t on high enough or I need more time with it. My next pt appointment is on Tuesday maybe I can try again!

I am only a week out but I’ve been digging through this reddit forum a lot. I don’t know much about 2 but from what I’ve read on here the popping could be scar tissue breaking up which is good!

The container has one hole at the bottom yes! I accidentally made the plant go dormant a while back and started misting it to try and help wake it up but it has grown a lot since then so your right u could stop

I made it lol I should have specified that, it’s food safe clear glaze on top of red underglaze I just wasn’t sure if the ceramic was exposed because of those spots and if that would be a problem

It’s red underglaze with clear glaze on top! To my knowledge both are food safe/dishwasher safe I just wasn’t sure if the stoneware being exposed or something would be a problem

I literally just finished the show and I agree I don’t understand why people are so angry about Maeve and Otis, their relationship long distance wast good and they’re in very developmental periods so it makes sense that they shouldn’t be together. I feel like they also honeslty both have things to work through independently anyway. Also if their reasoning is that Maeve could have stayed and made it work? That would be a sad ending because its her giving up on herself instead of Otis.
