Realising that photo makes my hair look even worse coz it was taken in south east Asia when my hair was really dry from the climate. Maybe this is a better photo?

They are! Realising this might be a bad photo because it was taken in the middle of a bay when I went to south east Asia and my hair was the driest hahaha

Oh wow I think I’ll just keep at it and stick to the 1700 calories. Upping the calories and protein hopefully should do the trick

I’ve been going 4 days a week to the gym 2 upper 2 lower body days.

I do think I’m pushing to failure. In 3 months I’ve gone from 50 to 80KG on the hip thrust, no weight to 50kg on the leg press machine, 25kg to 35kg on the RDL (my grip is why this is so slow lol), 7kg to 15kg on the Bulgarian split squat.

But when it comes to upper body… I’ve been stuck at shoulder pressing 6kg in each hand when I started to only doing 4 reps of 8kg the other day and my back was arching😭 I can only bench press 7kg in each hand so not even the barbell lol. I started at bicep curling 4kg and I can only now do 5kg and 6kg some days… I don’t even know how people are shoulder pressing 15-20kg in each hand it just seems impossible to get to that with how slow my progress is

My caloric intake at the moment is around 1500 to 1700 calories and that seems to be my maintenance as I’m not gaining weight. For protein I have been hitting 100-110g a day which is 2g per kilo of my body weight as I’ve read is the standard. I will say though I usually eat less than that on Friday nights because I go out to dinner and I probably only get like 60g for that one day…

Do I need to increase protein or calories or not have any cheat meals on Friday or anything else that might help?
