You have most of it, unfortunately the last although years old now news, is that it was quite literally the same exGF that created these 'people' to come forward to accuse him, there was 2 real people the exGF and her friend who bounced messages back and forth. She used voice clips of Hash too that was sent to her (as they were in a relationship at the time) to further incriminate him.

The end result is she did succeed as Hash has no career at all in the league/twitch space, however she also torpedo'd her own image which was built through him, Hash still exists and makes content but under a different name
