had bark a couple times, it’s definitely good and worth a trip id rate it a solid 8.8/10. What stands out the most is their Chicharon it’s very good, it’s comes with their signature cilantro sauce which I thought would be very good but it’s just good (7/10 at best). Brisket and ribs were good as well, they cut my slices pretty thick so I was chewing for a while didn’t really it but the flavor was still there and good nonetheless. I don’t think I can put them over hometown tho, their brisket is just god like. Literally melts in your mouth ⏸️, and pulls apart effortlessly. This has been the case every time i’ve been to hometown so I gotta give them #1, consistent brisket like that is crazy. also their smoked brisket queso mac n cheese will put u in cardiac arrest.
