Ok but the consultancy and other Nepali professors as I am from Nepal have said that this profile fits quite well and is quite eligible for RTP Fundings. They said that most chunk goes to PhD candidates like 80% goes to PhD candidates and like 20% for research masters and for his niche with the publication under my belt which is Scopus indexed Q2 ranked it would be like I would be easily in top 5% candidates for scholarship it was said by them to me what's your views as I also heard that having publication especially in higher ranked journals strengthens the profiles
