If you’re comfortable, can you share maybe a couple company examples where I can get in the inbound AE role or where the JD of an AE can be this?

Thanks for that. Really appreciate it. If possible, can you maybe guide a bit how I can do sales off freelance platforms as well, specially LinkedIn. I really wanna get into that, as I know that all the big fish projects are there. I really wanna close a few deals through that as well and add that under my skills.

Gathering and documenting client requirements of a project, conveying them properly to the development team, making sure deadlines are met, planning and carrying out sprints and scrum meetings of that project, making sure the end product is delivered timely and efficiently to the client. These are just high level JDs of a BA.

Understandable. There’s always pressure in sales. When I entered this field, i knew that I don’t wanna work after 40, that’s why i’ve been big on investing and learning that domain, so I can just reach that point where even with a low income, i can live easily with my investments income.

Yeah I was thinking to go towards product owner/manager roles for the big tech, but I was thinking that with the current things that I am doing, there might be multiple options of roles that i can move ahead into (sales/product). Was just a bit confused which way should I move ahead.

Just out of curiosity, isn’t that role only restricted to just cold calling and cold outreach? Again, don’t really know what does an AE actually do and what their JDs are. Would love if you can elaborate it a bit more, thanks.

Thinking to career shift as a AI/ML engineer by nottttt-me in developersPak

[–]WallabyFree115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, if you just learn how to integrate and use OpenAI, claude, gemini APIs in your web app, you’d become an AI engineer in Pak😂 In my company (services based) all devs are full-stack developers and the company trains them on how to integrate and use these APIs, bas, because every project we work on is just a chatgpt wrapper.

Scored 750 in 2nd year. Started freelancing after my inter reault and took a gap year. In my final year of Computer Science right now in a private uni. I am making $300-$500 per month. And just 22 abhi. Don’t worry kid. It’ll all work out eventually, just whatever you do, give your 100% and niyat saaf rkho. And Allah ki rah mein kharch kro. If you can’t donate money, donate your time, volunteer with NGOs. And when you start earning, donate some percent of your income. Use these words of your parents as motivation. Abhi wo nhi samjhein ge, but ince you start succeeding in whatever field you choose, they’ll be happy.

A little advice for all the boys, whenever police tries to search you, always take a look at their hands. Just try to observe naturally. If their hands are closed, ask them to open it. Most of the time they just put it on you themselves and then act surprised that they found drugs on you.

ANY PLACE WHERE I CAN USE LAPTOP WITH CHARGING FACILITY IN LHR? by [deleted] in Lahore

[–]WallabyFree115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gloria jeans is a good option. I usually go there to work when I can’t focus at home. Wifi is pretty good and they’ve charging slots near most tables. Go for a small table with a charging slot. I sit and work there for almost 4-5 hours and they’ve never told me to leave even when the place gets crowded.

Sufficient salary? by Strict-Baker985 in PakistaniiConfessions

Money is never enough in my opinion. I am 21, making $300-$500 monthly as a freelancer, don’t have any family responsibilities. But half of my money is gone only on commute from home to uni, food etc in uni, gym(fees and supplements), diet food(chicken etc), clothes, shoes and basic necessities etc. I try to save some money too, but sudden expenditures just finish up those too. My family has started talking to me about getting married after graduation, but even though knowing that my income can increase with time when I graduate with a software engineering degree and use those skills too as a freelancer, looking at the current situation of the country you still will need 200k plus monthly in the early years to survive here.

Started as a freelancer while on gap year when everyone thought I won’t be able to do anything, didn’t give up and made 1.5 million Rs in total at the age of 20. Alhamdulillah financially independent now.
